Am new to the area but wanted to shop locally. Walked into the shop and everyone was helpful and friendly. They came and quoted and was given so much information that l never got from one of the other quotes. They were a little bit more expensive then another quote but because of the information l was given plus friendless of all the staff l went with them. Blinds arrived earlier then then quoted and installed no problems. The installer was also very friendly. Could not be more happier with my blinds and the entire purchase. Thankyou for a very pleasant experience.

Apart from their products being top quality, with a wide range to choose from, the staff are friendly and efficient, overall a pleasure to do business with. I have also used them on another property, knowing I can have complete confidence in their ability to undertake the task to my complete satisfaction.

We needed to install roller blinds in our lounge and kitchen, we called Diamonds blinds as we used them for our bedrooms 10 years ago.

Friendly staff and have a great range of blinds. We have bought internal blinds previously. This time, we bought an external drop-down blind for sun protection and privacy, which we are happy with. They don't do awnings, but they have a huge range of the latest technology of internal insulating blinds, which are not cheap but an effective alternative if your house does not have double glazing. They require a 50% deposit with full payment 24 hours before installation. The blind in the photo is 3m wide, and cost $1280A

Im very happy that I walked into the Diamonds Blinds showroom on Highett Rd.
The staff are really friendly, very professional and they absolutely know their products.
I ordered my sheer curtains approximately 6 weeks ago and they were installed today. The man who installed them ( sorry, I forgot your name) is so lovely, and an absolute perfectionist. My new curtains look fantastic in my little apartment.

I was recommended to Diamonds Blinds by a friend and they delivered on every level. When I called into the shop to discuss my repair ( with my 2yr old grandson) the ladies were amazing! One got out the toy box ( which I had to drag him away from) whilst the other 2 addressed my problem.

A service call was booked for the following week ( quote given) and Dylan duly arrived and fixed the job very efficiently. The invoice arrived by mail a week later and we are very satisfied customers. They did all that they said they would and in the designated time frame.

Don’t judge by the very ordinary looking business premises - they are the real deal. I shall certainly be using them again in the near future.

Thank you to all concerned. Keep up the great service you are providing.
